What is VTCBase? +

VTCBase is a free web platform to manage your virtual trucking company (VTC) in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. It automatically syncs the routes you log in Trucky and gives you a panel for drivers, contracts, convoys, events, a virtual bank and rankings.

Is it really free? +

Yes, VTCBase is 100% free. No credit card, no trial, no tricks. It's a community project for the ETS2 and ATS scene, built by players for players.

Which games does it support? +

VTCBase works for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (Europe map) and American Truck Simulator (US map). A single VTC can operate in both games at once, with separate bases on each continent.

Do I need to install anything on my PC? +

No. VTCBase runs entirely in the browser. You only need to have Trucky installed (the app everyone already uses to log ETS2/ATS routes) and connect it with a secret in 2 minutes.

How does VTCBase connect to Trucky? +

Trucky sends a webhook to VTCBase every time you or a driver in your company completes a route. We also run a backup sync via API. The integration is set up once with a webhook secret and then runs automatically forever.

Does it work with TruckersMP? +

Yes. Multiplayer routes on TruckersMP are processed just like single-player ones, as long as Trucky has registered them. Group convoys with several drivers also work.

How do I join an existing VTC? +

Ask the VTC owner or admin to generate an invitation code. Sign in to VTCBase with Steam, enter the code and you'll be linked as a driver instantly.

Can I create my own VTC? +

Yes. Sign in with Steam and, if you're a Trucky company owner, we detect you automatically and pre-fill your VTC details (name, logo, language, country) so you can create it in one click.
